The reason of spike ground near the runway 25 is developers error when drawing taxiline in AFCAD, and he allowed one point of the line, which should go behind, in front of the next, which led to such consequences.Just open ADE and edit this taxiline by finding these points on the first three runway 25 turnoffs and correct them AND dont touch points with heights.
This problem is not visible in ADE as it is visible in the simulator.
