what are your system specs?

decrease resolution, decrease graphics settings, mainly anti aliasing affects fps, if you want more fps make it to 2x or even fxaa, but dont turn it off entirely

make anisotropic filtering 2x

try running the game on vulkan

uninstall any addons you think are causing fps drops

FF 757 / 767 also has fps issues but i have rx 470 it runs pretty good on vulkan, 1600*900 custom resolution with high settings mostly and i get 20+ fps all the time when i dont use volumetric clouds
