Please explain the FlyB coin exchange process.

I’m having trouble understanding the FlyB Coin exchange process. Specifically, I have 14 points and want to exchange them for 5 FlyB Coins, but when I enter the amount and click the exchange button, I get an error saying the value must be less than the minimum of 0. I’m wondering how I can actually complete the exchange.
