Am I missing something on this forum post

Hi all.

This forum post says there is a way to download from FSx.org.cn if you don't have a pan baidou account, but I'm not sure what it is offering.

In the post, at the bottom it cites an email adress (I think), do we contact that email address to get the download? Or is there another link that was in that post that is no longer available?

Any help would be appreciated.
