Can you copy the error message or give me the screenshot of what you got over there, it could be many things like not enough wordcount (usually 10 letters minimum) or un-verified email.

The software used to build this forum is called Discuz which is extremely popular in Chinese website. As far as I know there is no offical english version available so the website owner has to do the translation themselves.

The practice is pretty common within Chinese forums as there are many freerider who just want to get whatever they want and maybe leaves a message like thx 4 sharing etc. The webiste wants more engagement and people stay so set up some bar for that.
