X-plane offers still by far the best realism and realistic (addon) aircraft.
Hope they improve rendering some time soon, as with latest Vulkan drivers scenery can become confused (old & new). :)

I really like X-Plane. Haven't used MSFS2020 yet but the amount of freeware sceneries and plugins for X-Plane is just amazing. And I really like the flight dynamics.

p3d has the best addons in my opinion, but the engine itself isn't very good, I still opt for p3d though
